International Student Services
A resource person welcomes international students and students from outside the region once they arrive at UQAT to help them adjust as quickly as possible to their new surroundings. These students can take advantage of every service UQAT offers as well as having a resource person who can answer their questions and meet their needs.

First Peoples Service
The First Peoples Service (FPS) team is there to offer personalized support to all students at the Val-d’Or campus. Over the years, the team has developed an expertise that meets the specific needs of indigenous students, be it at the academic, personal or cultural level.

Students from the Rouyn-Noranda and Val-d'Or campuses have access to student residences just a stone's throw from their classrooms. The residences offer modern and spacious four-bedroom units at affordable prices that allow students to live in a friendly environment perfect for their studies.
