Program for those who work or would like to work in the field of health and social services in an Indigenous context and who would like to intervene in a culturally appropriate manner.
Upon completing the program, you will be equipped to work in prevention and intervention in Indigenous contexts.
The certificate program can also serve as supplemental training for any program of study in health or social services, since it helps students acquire skills and develop their abilities to act with respect for people’s values and culture, whether in public service, in Indigenous communities, or with Indigenous organizations.
Students may earn a bachelor’s degree by combining three different certificates.
