Ceremony registration

All graduates must confirm that they will attend the graduation ceremony. Registration can be done online at: uqat.ticketacces.net.

Important
Registration for one of the two graduation ceremonies will be available as of March, 2024.
The deadline to book your ticket is Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
Seating is limited. The first reservations received will be the first to be considered.

Instructions to Register

To register online, verify the information in your invitation email:

• your password;
• your program code.

You must have your permanent code to register;

Graduates must register themselves at uqat.ticketacces.net. It is indeed important that online registration be made in the graduate’s name, written as in the following example: Last Name: Paquet; First Name: Martine. Capital letters and lowercase letters in your first and last name must be correct.

Instructions for Your Guests’ Tickets

Tickets can be booked for your guests. Ticket booking can be done online on the same website: uqat.ticketacces.net.

You must give the tickets to your guests, as you will not enter the auditorium at the same time.

• Doctor’s, master’s or bachelor’s degree recipients: maximum 3 guests allowed
• Graduate Diploma in Specialized Project or certificate recipients: maximum 2 guests allowed

Welcome

10:00 a.m. Ceremony

You are asked to arrive at the main entrance of the Théâtre du cuivre at 9:00 a.m. Someone will direct you to a welcome desk, where you will pick up and put on your gown. You will be assigned a number. You will then head to the fireplace of the Théâtre du cuivre, where you will have the opportunity to have your photograph taken. At a signal, you will be placed in numerical order for the academic procession into the auditorium. Following this order is important, since you will be called on stage in this same order.

Your guests can arrive at 9:30 a.m., for the ceremony begins at 10:00 a.m.

2:30 p.m. Ceremony

You are asked to arrive at the main entrance of the Théâtre du cuivre at 1:30 p.m. Someone will direct you to a welcome desk, where you will pick up and put on your gown. You will be assigned a number. You will then head to the fireplace of the Théâtre du cuivre, where you will have the opportunity to have your photograph taken.
